Luxury lodgings in the centre of Lodz

The tenement house, called Rosenblum tenement house from the manufacturer, for which it was built, was designed by famous architect David Lande in 1894. It is located in the center of Lodz, on Al. Kościuszki 21. This building, with a distinctive pink facade is to be transformed into a four-star hotel, designed by architectural studio "APA Kuryłowicz & Associates".

The project provides approximately 126 luxurious guest rooms, including several suites, a restaurant with glass roof and a club room, cafeteria, lobby bar and the club in the basement.

Excellent central location opposite the Rubinstein Passage and high standard of the hotel will finally bring a new luxury way of staying in Lodz.
