Our investments contain several projects in Lodz and its surroundings. In Lodz we are preparing the construction of two housing estates. The first one will occupy the antique plant of Polmerino and the second will be constructed in the old area of Eskimo factory. Moreover, we are planning to renovate the antique tenement house at Kosciuszki Str 21 and convert it into a four star hotel. In Grotniki, about 25km away from Lodz, we will construct a housing estate of a very high standard apartments. We also offer a warehouse areas rental in Ozorkow and offices rental in the centre of Lodz.
