Park Polesie

Housing estate under the name of "Park Polesie" will soon be constructed in Lodz, in the old area of Polmerino factory at Wroblewskiego Str 19. This project was designed by architectural studio "APA Kurylowicz & Associates".

The whole investment is designed on 12 hectares between Wolowa, Wroblewskiego and Proletariacka Str, within the close neighbourhood of Piotrkowska Str, which is the main commercial area of the city, close to the railway station and the main communication artery of Lodz. Construction is planned in different stages but our goal is to build more than 2000 flats, 10000m2 of service area, the interior streets, green areas and more than 2500 parking spaces in the underground car park.

The first stage of “Park Polesie” will include 184 flats in 4–6 storey buldings. These flats will vary from 1 room flats (30m2) to 5 room flats (more than 100m2). Apartments have balconies or terraces and the residents of the ground floors will have opportunity to arrange the exterior space into their private gardens.

We believe that thanks to the innovative architectural project, “Park Polesie” will be one of the most appreciated and wanted housing estates in Lodz and its unquestionable charm of combination of tradition and modernity, will transform this abandoned factory region into a lively and attractive area of the city.
