About us

We are the spanish – polish property developer company, present on the market since 2004. Two years ago we have started to invest in places that have a special value for us, not only economical but most of all have an unusual character. We are convinced that all the investments that we have started in Lodz will change its grab image and will contribute to its development. Our investments are not only limited to the construction of housing estates and suite complexes. We have also invested in a four star hotel, warehouse areas and offices.

We would like to re - establish glamour in those places that have been forgotten, like the antique factory of Polmerino, Eskimo or a tenement house of N. Rosenblum at Kosciuszki Str 21. With regard to this, we deeply believe that our cooperation with such prominent architectural studios like “APA Kurylowicz & Associates” and “Lipski and Wujek” will allow us to execute our plans. Moreover, the dynamic development of Lodz infrastructure along with the increasing number of investors that concentrate their investments here, convinces that like in the end of the XIXth century, Lodz may be still “the Promised Land”. For us it is for sure a Land of huge perspectives.
